WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a volunteer, you'll have the opportunity to:
Assist with market operations: Help set up and break down vendor booths, manage crowd flow, and ensure the market runs smoothly.
Engage with visitors: Provide information, answer questions, and help create a welcoming environment for all market-goers.
Support special events: Lend a hand at cooking demonstrations, workshops, and other community events hosted at the market.
ABOUT VOLUNTEERING
Time commitment: Whether you can volunteer for a few hours or regularly, your contribution is invaluable to us! Most shifts are from 10 - 2 on Saturdays, but all time commitments are welcome! All volunteer opportunities are on-site at the Nashville Farmers’ Market - you will need transportation to get to and from the market.
Qualifications: Do you have a cheerful attitude and an appreciation for Nashville’s local community? Volunteering at the Nashville Farmers’ Market is for you! Volunteers must be ages 18 and older.
Volunteer perks: Volunteers will receive a 10% discount from any market vendor or tenant during their volunteer shifts.
